Tallow is super nutrient dense when it comes to what it offers your skin. It is made up of the same fats/lipids in healthy human skin, which makes it highly compatible in its ability to nourish our skin. Tallow is able to impact dryness at a cellular level rather than just coating the skin.
Tallow contains an abundance of vitamins A, D and K as well as antioxidants, such as E (which can help prevent wrinkles).
I believe in “nose to tail”; meaning that I utilize as much of the animal as possible when eating an animal based diet. I aim for very little waste. This is just one more way to accomplish that and it has such great benefits!
