Tallow is super nutrient dense and help nourish the skin at a cellular level much more than plant based fats and oils due to the fact that it’s more similar to our skin at a molecular level. I am a huge proponent of a nose to tail approach with animal based diets, so this is the perfect way to exercise that approach!
